Ir. Texin Sirait, MM
Texin Sirait, born at Tanah Jawa, May 15, 1957, completed his study at Chemical Technique, Institute of Technology Bandung in the year of 1984 and earned a Masters in Management from the Institute of Indonesian Entrepreneurs Development in Major of Financial Management in 1996.
Texin Sirait is the President Director of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia,Director of
PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama, Commissioner PT.Prakarsa Entra Nusantara ,
Director of PT. Prakarsa Energy Globalindo and President Director of PT. Prakarsa Express Antarnusa.
Most Texin Sirait activities throughout his career always in touch with the Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment. Started career as a Visiting Lecturer at the National Institute of Science and Technology ISTN (formerly STTN), in April 1985 was accepted into Johnson Field Engineer at Schlumberger Flopetrol Balikpapan. Texin Sirait start a career in marketing with a Sales Engineer at Diversey Chemical, had become expert in one of the consulting firm, PT. Ciprocon, then returned to pursue a career in marketing at Drew Chemical Ameroid before finally joined. Guna Elektro as General Manager in 1994-2001. During the PT. Guna Elektro, Texin Sirait develop business in the field of Environmental Engineering (Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment). Over his long time partner in the ITB solicitation and Drew Ameroid, in 2001 Texin Sirait joined with PT. Kastraco Engineering until finally in 2002 decided to establish PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia together with former colleagues and his team at PT. Guna Elektro. See the development of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia and urging his colleagues, Texin Sirait then decided to give up his post at PT. Kastraco Engineering to develop PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia up to now.
Ir. Eko Yulianto
Eko Yulianto born at Boyolali, July 12, 1974, completed his study at College of Chemical Engineering Surakarta, majoring in Chemical Analysist in the year 1995 and complete Bachelor Program Chemical Engineering Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Jayabaya University in 2007.
Eko Yulianto is Director of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia, Commissioner. Prakarsa Etsa Utama, President Director of PT. Prakarsa Entra Nusantara, President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Energy Globalindo and Director of PT. PrakarsaExpressAntarnusa and Secretary of Cooperative Prakindo.
After his studies at the College of Chemical Engineering Surakarta in 1995, he joined PT. Panasonic Gobel Electronic Component as a Staff Environmental Protection Promotion Office. In June 1996 he joined PT. Guna Elektro as Sales Engineer for marketing under Texin Sirait Wastewater Treatment Plant until the year 2001. Had joined with PT. Kastraco Engineering until 2003 before finally deciding, together with former colleagues to develop PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia.
Ir. Luhut T. Sianturi
Luhut Sianturi born in Sidikalang / Dairi, June 6, 1972, completed his studies at the Polytechnic Institute of Technology majoring in Chemical Engineering in 1994 and completed the Bachelor Program in Industrial Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Sahid University, Jakarta in 2004.
Luhut Sianturi is a Director of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama, Commissioner. Prakarsa Entra Nusantara, Director of PT. Prakarsa Energy Globalindo and President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Express Antarnusa and Chairman of the Cooperative Prakindo.
After his graduation from Polytechnic of ITB, Luhut Sianturi get a chance to participate in training of AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship) in Osaka, Japan in 1995. Back in his homeland, working in a newly established company in Donegal, PT. Hagihara Wiharta Indonesia, then in January 1997 he joined PT. Guna Elektro until 2002, before deciding to join his colleagues for developing the company PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia.

Dra. Rumanti Yuliasih
Rumanti Yuliasih born at Solo, March 21, 1965, completed her study in Social and Politicy Science Faculty at University of Indonesia in 1989, in the year 1992 follow Wijawiyata Program then earned Magister Management Degree from PPM Management in Human Resources Management in the year 1997.
Rumanti Yuliasih is a President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia
After her studies at the College of Chemical Engineering of Surakarta in 1995, she joined PT. Panasonic began his career as a journalist in Magazine Women Group Mahkota&Rias, then became Human Resources & General Affair at PT. Galindra Electric in 1994-2001, before finally deciding to quit and become a Director of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia in 2002 before becoming President Commissioner. In addition to being President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia, Rumanti Yuliasih currently actively developing business in child education.
I Nyoman Widyatmika, ST, MSc
I Nyoman Widyatmika, born in Mataram, July 20, 1977, completed his studies in Chemical Engineering from Institute Technology Bandung (ITB) in 2000 and a Master of Science degree from the UNESCO IHE Delft in Sanitary Engineering in 2004 with Cum Laude.
I Nyoman Widyatmika is a Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia, Commissioner. Prakarsa Etsa Utama, Director of PT. Prakarsa Entra Nusantara and President Director of PT. Prakarsa Energy Globalindo.
He started his career at PT. Guna Elektro as a Process Engineer in 2000 to finally get a scholarship to continue his master in the Netherlands in 2002. After earning a master's degree, decided to rejoin with his former colleagues at the PT. Prakarsa EnviroIndonesia in the year 2005 until today.
Ir. Edward H. Napitupulu, MM
Edward Napitupulu born in Medan, January 1, 1957, completed his study in Environmental Engineering at Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) in 1983 and earned Management Master degree from Indonesian Entrepreneurs Development Institute (IPWI) majoring of Financial Management in 1996.
In the year 2010, PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia appoint Edward Napitupulu as Commissioner of the Independent, he is a friend of Texin Sirait when studied at ITB and once shared in a team of PT. Guna Elektro for seven years. In addition to being an Independent Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia, Edward Napitupulu is the President Director of PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama, President Commissioner of PT. Prakarsa Entra Nusantara, Commissioner PT. Prakarsa Energy Globalindo and Commissioner PT. Prakarsa Express Antarnusa.
Most career pass in the PT. Guna Elekro until deciding to retire in 2000. Prior to his career at PT. Guna Elektro, Edward Napitupulu had become expert in one of the consulting firm in Jakarta.
