Texin Sirait joined one of private national company and trusted to developed Environmental business in that company. On the same year, Texin Sirait found one of waste water treatment technology from Canada; Rotating Biological Contractor.

Joined with Texin Sirait few staff which are, Tiasning Agus Setiani, Eko Yulianto, Luhut Tunggul Sianturi. The market acceptance of this RBC technology is very good, lots of consultans, developers who planned the design and install  on their projects. Total unit sales of RBC from year to year increase.

Caused by monetary crisis in the country, the unit sales fell drastically during this period. This situation is also exacerbated when it was company policy, which requires manufacturing to the workshop its own subsidiaries, though the price is not competitive compared with similar workshop company. In this period, joined again I Nyoman Widyatmika and Oka Limbong with the team mentioned above.

Texin Sirait joined with his old friend to manage chemical trading business (PT. Kastraco Engineering). Eko Yulianto follows Texin Sirait's step to become Representative Sales of PT. Kastraco Engineering at Solo (Middle Java). Nyoman Widyatmika continued his master degree at Netherlands. Luhut Tunggul Sianturi and Tiasning Agus Setiani stay at the old company.

Texin Sirait, Rumanti Yuliasih and Heru Indriyatno established PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia (with the Companies Act No. 175 Deed Dradjat Darmadji, SH on June 21, 2002)

PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia activity starts executing, based at home Texin Sirait/Rumanti Yuliasih at Pondok Pekayon Indah Blok DD 44 No. 5.

Eko Yulianto, Luhut Tunggul Sianturi, Tiasning Agus Setiani joined to PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia company.

PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia moved to Graha Prakindo, Villa Galaxi AR 2 No. 22.

Tiasning, Eko, Luhut participate in such investments and included in the stewardship of the company. Companies grow with increased sales, and number of employees who are more and more. Renting a warehouse in Pondok Indah Pekayon functioning instead as well as a place to cut storage vexar / assembly diskbank.

Established PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama as a subsidiary which supports business activities of PT Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia especially in steel fabrication works and procurement of the control panel. This subsidiary company will be developed as a component of industrial & manufacturing services for products other than Enviro.

The initial phase, PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama rented a warehouse operatives in the Tambun area will be renovated in stages to become Workshop / place of steel fabrication. Unfinished renovations were completed, the owner of the building / warehouse changed his mind to sell the warehouse and finally Prakindo Group workshop at Tambun does not become a reality

Found a piece of land (1000m2) property Bp. Salomo Purba in Pedurenan Bandar Gebang, which is considered suitable land used as a place of workshop. Transaction went well, once invited Bp. Salomo Purba joined the PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama (Act 12 September 2005).

PT. Prakarsa Etsa Utama celebrate a simple gratitude for the workshop that built on 1000m2 land.
