Message from CEO ( Preface )

We are grateful for the generosity of God who continues to accompany our journey as one big family in PT Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia or PRAKINDO GROUP. Without feel we've entered the age of eight, a journey full of challenges with a variety of dynamic, full-color or better and worse. 



In gratefully, we need to remember and reflect on our courage to step together, which of course is based on the awareness of a common purpose. Although only the beginning of a pavilion and garage, this decision is a milestone and starting point of great pride as well as major capital that built on the spirit and inspiration. A bold step and a test to build unity, independence and confidence in a challenge set up a company and develop entrepreneurship. 



One of the key word / spirit when you start this step is TRUST between stakeholders, particularly TRUST of grace, generosity and inclusion of the Lord. Spirit should continue to exist and be kept / maintained for the purpose of this enterprise can be realized. This conviction grew from the realization that to achieve its goals and togetherness, all done in good faith and a sincere willingness to build synergies across our existence, with all its advantages and drawbacks, for the sake of progress together. Build the present and future together.

Now, when we entered the age of eight years, we also need to retreat and reflect. Grateful for what we have accomplished, making it the capital and power in the future. But we also need to reflect on what has not been reached and has not been done, how far we are still running on spirit of the original and how far we've deviated, and looking forward to what needs to be repaired and upgraded, and then develop goals that will be achieved in the future.

At age eight, the company's management system slowly started to become one of the main focus, besides the problem of Human Resources (HR), which include welfare and human resources development. These issues continue to take precedence as a goal since the beginning of the company. Enterpreunership traits and the spirit that is necessary and very dominant at the time of starting a business, should gradually become more professional and management / business management takes a systems approach, so the company can grow and be ready to be great.

Improving the management system is done by various efforts including: Corporate Policy Determination, Work Ethics, Business Administration and Systems Review process, even the implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001 version 2000 and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & version in 2007.
