1. Comply with the requirements of Act, Regulations, and the other provisions related to the problem of Safety, Health and Environment.

2. Trying to control the risks that may cause danger of accidents and minimize the impact of pollution on the Environment.

3. Perform continuous enhancements and improvements to the implementation of Safety Management Systems, Occupational Health and Environmental. This policy is open to the public and communicated to employees.

PT. Prakarsa Enviro Indonesia Management in this matter, Board of Directors, set a firm commitment on Health, Safety and Enviromental (K3LL) as follows :

1. Commitment to always apply the principles K3LL on activities, products and services produced by the company.

2. Commitment to continuous improvement of the Safety Management System, Health and Environmental (SMK3LL).

3. Commitment to comply with the requirements of the Act, the Regulations and other requirements to be a reference company.

4. Documented in K3LL Policy statement, signed by the Director, then implemented and maintained by all levels of the company.

5. Communicated to all employees through an explanation by management, slogans and posters at each work location.

6. Open to the relevant parties, such as: customers, subcontractors, suppliers.
